Splashing good time...

Emma, Yfong and me had been planning for today since last week. At around 2.45pm i left home in dad's car and picked up Amir. Then we went to Abang Amin's house to meet up with Tiko. Then the 3 of us in 2 cars went to the intended destination: Coronation Pool. Just as we reached there, Yfong was already parking her car there. Good timing i guess. After a while Emma came. I sorta like actually had a shock looking at soo many people in the pool. The water fro the pool was actually drained from the waterfall so it sorta looked green. Then we all had loads of fun and stuff in the water lol. After that we went to Pelita to grab food before heading back home.

Emergency Postal

Today is Thursday, n so it also means Badminton Day. Yfong put in a lot of effort and we sorta expected a lot of players. I was even thinking abt booking 2 courts. But in a way, thank god there were ony 9 of us. We had Duncan, Brian, Shawn, Melveen, Yi Phing, Amir, Hezry, Yfong and me. 4 players would be playing at the booked and netted court at one time while another 4 would be beside playing for fun in the unnetted court and 1 player have to sit and watch lol. It was really fun and i enjoyed the 2 hours we spent playing.
Later in the evening, i decided to go to the Tesco post office to post a few postcards that i have to post thanks to Postcrossing. I entered the office, took the cue number and it would be my turn next when suddenly i realised i didnt bring my wallet lol. I didnt have money to buy stamps, drove motorbike from my house without any licence or ic. I sorta like panicked and the only person i could think of was Amir. Amir's house is like 5 minutes away so i called him up and asked for his help. He came over as fast as possible and lent me money to buy stamps. After that we went to Oldtown Coffee coz i didnt want Amir to feel like i was only using him for a while. After having drinks and hanging for a while, we left.

KLMU, here Amir comes!

Amir booked me since last week to accompany him register at the KLMU Roadshow happening in Taiping today, so as promised i went with him. We went to the 5th floor in the Panorama Hotel and there it was, the roadshow, with 2 facilitators and an empty hall lol, except for 1 guy who was registering. So, after the guy left, we just went forward and explained, and one of the facis passed Amir the forms necessary to fill up. We were filling up at a table behind and also talking abt the 2nd faci who talked less and when he did speak, he speaks softly(which Amir and I found out from fake questions directed to him lol). After a bit more 'eye-washing', Amir was done. He payed and confirmed his joining day, which is 6th of July for Diploma in Cullinary Arts. Good Luck Amir!!! After that, we headed to McD to meet with Yfong, who suddenly was craving for McD. We grabbed McValue Lunch and after that went in TS to visit Shopalot and Sentral Concept Store. I was just trying out the potential buyworthy clothes coz the place is sorta fun. There r like no one following us around. After that we went back home.

Quality Time...

Since it has been like forever since i went out with Tiko, i called him up and Amir to hang today at 3pm. Amir acceli had to work at 4.30pm and wanted to leave by 4pm. We ended up just walking and walking in TS before deciding to go karaoke. We karaoked in the small booth lol. Most of the songs ended up being there without any subtitles GRRR.... After karaoke, Amir had to rush to work. Tiko and I decided to crash Abang Amin and Fya's place. As it was the day before, the sun was scorching hot. So I just ended up lying on Fya's bed in her while Abang Amin was chatting in Yahoo! with her laptop and Tiko was talking with both of us. Lol then Tiko ended up on surfing on the laptop. Fya was downstairs n then she went out. The 3 of us were just hanging and talking and chatting about everything. Then Amir texted to ask Tiko and Abang Amin to hang with him in Pelita. But Tiko had to go home and Abang Amin wanted to watch Matahari in tv. So i went there to company Amir coz he was already there. N today was the first time i ate in Pelita. I had Mee Goreng n it was okay la. After that we headed back home.

Quality Time...

Today Em took the day off so we decided to hang out n go places in Taiping. The place we decided to start off with was KBox. So we met up at TS at 3.30pm+ and went karaokeing. After that we hit McD for ice cream. While eating, suddenly Emma's car number plate was announced thru the pa system to be removed from the place she parked. So we decided to meet back at her place. When i got there, i sorta remembered the times when i used to hang at her place before when we were still schooling. And Keong would usually be here most of the time too. But now there was only 2 of us and Xanthus, Emma's 6month old nephew. Lol he's very adorable. It was so hot out there we decided to cancel all the other plans and just hang in her room. So when i was looking thru her Hua Lian yearbook, Xanthus was trying his best to grab the book from my hand lol. Then when he fell asleep, me and Em fell asleep for a while as well. Around 9.30pm i decided to head back home. Lol me and Em managed to do nothing for about 5 hours coz of the sun.

Taufiq and Blades Of Grass

Taufiq came back Taiping y'day nite after like FOREVER and he gave me a call. As usual i did a few blunders. I was talking on my handphone when he called so i had to ask him to put down the phone T.T . But after that i gave him a call and then he told me that he's in Taiping! So we planned so that he'd come to my house at 11am today and then hang n after that hit McD for McValue Lunch with Amir. Lol and i woke up at 11.30am today hahaha. After that i called him up and he said he was getting a haircut and he'll come over after that. After he got here we set him up a facebook account just so that he can take the Sorting Hat quiz. Lol n he turned out to be a Gryffindor. But as i found out weeks earlier, i'm a true Ravenclaw yahoo! After that we went to McD around 2 after asking Amir to come as well.

By the time we reached, Amir was already there with Hezry. So we just chatted and ate and caught up on old stories. Lol suddenly after so long, we saw Tiko. He was there wit another fren. The 4 of us went there to hang with him after we were done in McD coz he was in OldTown Coffee. We just sat there and chatted and talked. The wind was awesome. But it was still very warm though. Soon, we left to go home.
Today evening was the Blades Of Grass concert in the Taiping Town Hall. I went there with Amir and Hezry but suddenly bumped into Ah Heng and Swee Lan at the entrance. So the 5 of us sat together. I'd say it was okay la. The beatboxing and breakdancing was nice. The performers were the horde of students we saw a few days ago. But the singing seemed fishy. It was as if they were lip-synching...

Postponed Badminton

Our usual Badminton Day is on Thurday. But since Yfong and Shawn were not in Taiping yesterday. So we decided to postpone it to today. But unfortunately Shawn and Yfong couldnt make it. So the only players who attended were Melveen, Melveen's fren Yi Phing, Amir, Hezry and me. I arrived like 45 minutes after 10am lol. Sorry Melmel! So we played till like 12.30pm. I collected the payment and when i wanted to pay the uncle who looks after the hall, he demanded extra payment coz he was saying we started playing at 9.50am. WTF? Even Melmel said they only started at 10.30am. So i had to pay him RM4 extra. Geez.. I've decided to use the pay-first-then-play method next week.
