Revelations Of A Shopping Addict (Not me)
Today i woke up as usual around 10.30am when i realised i have a text message from Nazu/Nazi/Baby asking me if i'd like to go karaokeing with him coz it's his day off. So i just got ready and asked Amir to come as well. The 3 of us had so much fun karaokeing but i must say, there is this 1 worker in KBox whom i hate soo much. In my opinion she's a total fugly. She didnt do anything bad to me but instinctively i despise her.
After karaoke we just went to shop around for stuffs. Amir bought food (McD takeaway), Nazu/Nazi/Baby bought some cosmetics (nail polish) and I was supposed to buy book (the latest Galaxie magazine) but i somehow restrained myself hmm... And when we were in McD, Amir and I were playing smile and coy with a tranny worker there lol.
Later in the evening, Keong and I actually decided to meet up in TS at 5.30pm to do some shopping before our movie, The Confessions Of A Shopaholic. But we ended up doing something with DotA till like 5.40pm. So after that i rushed to bath, get ready and get going. But by the time i got ready, Keong already texted me saying he was there. So i rushed as fast as possible, and by the time i reached there at 6.30pm, he had waited there for like 30minutes. (I'm so sorry Keong.) I thot our shopping plan has been cancelled. But good thing i was ready a bit early. So we did manage to fit in a bit of window shopping. We acceli bought 3 tickets but there were only 2 of us lol. So i kept 1 ticket in my pocket and just showed 2 tickets for the 2 of us.
The Confessions Of A Shopaholic was awesome! I regard of it as a trendsetter for millions of teens and youngsters out there lol. It's even now no.1 in my movie wall haha.

In the movie, the main character, Rebecca Bloomwood was played by Isla Fisher. But i personally think Becki Newton who plays Amanda Tanen in Ugly Betty could have played the character better.

And another character that caught my eye was Allon, played by Stephen Guarino. He totally reminded me of Marc St. James played by Michael Urie in Ugly Betty lol.

After the movie, Keong and I just hung at McD for dinner. Suddenly out of nowhere Tiko popped up with 2 of his friends. We talked for a while and i just passed the extra ticket to him haha. After eating, the 2 of us continued to shop for a messenger bag. We finally decided on one in Sentral Concept Store after going to both TS and Tesco. By then it was already closing time and right when Keong was abt to pay for the bag, we realised we didnt bring enough. Silly shopping mistake. When i was looking at my wallet desperately at the time, looking at my IC, license, Popular card and Maybank card, i remembered Rebecca's quote from the movie when she was in a mall looking at other people shop:

"They were beautiful, they were happy. They didn't even need any money, they had magic cards."

By that of course she means credit cards, which neither of us had haha. The bag was just left there after being promised to be bought tomorrow lol.
My another favourite quote from the movie is:

"(Gasp) You speak Prada??"

lol. And of course the tagline:

A new job?
Hopefully.

A new man?
Possibly.

A new handbag?
Definitely.

Another aspect of the movie that i totally loved as well was the soundtrack. Confessions Of A Shopaholic is one of the movies with best background music ever. As soon as i reached home, i quickly wikied it and downloaded the whole OST list haha.
